Topic: Master Cleanse & The Salt Water Flush

God I hate this part of the cleanse. The first day I did it I only got through one glass before I was gagging soo much that I couldn't go any further. Anyone else have this problem?

I have since been able to condition myself not to do it whenever I have time to wait around for things to flush out.

what's the salt flush recipe, and how often are you supposed to take it?

It's one liter of water mixed with about a tablespoon of uniodized sea salt (fine grain).  It takes like a**, but if you hold your noose and chug it, it goes down quickly.... and comes out quickly...

Give your self 15min-30min before it comes out, then make sure you have another 30min to make sure it all gets out :)

You should do it on an empty stomach, so the morning is usually best.

I was gagging like crazy on it... however I have taught myself to not be phazed by it anymore.

I reserved a lot more time than that... it usually took about an hour to flush through my system.

yeah, I guess I would change that to a minimum of 30 min, but an hour is safer.

you don't want to be caught on the bus in that situation... :)
