Hi Pips, Crumpet here. I am starting the Master Cleanse tommorrow Friday 5th June for 7 days.
Is there anybody out there who has just started or willing to see me through the next week?
My vital statics are as follows: 5'7 and weighing in at 175 pounds. I have 14 pounds of baby weight to shift over the next week.
I have all my supplies and not looking forward to the SWF. I have attempted the cleanse before but never lasted more than 3 days. This time i bought the book, read it cover to cover and feel am in the right frame of mind to do it. I quite like the taste of the syrup so wish me luck here I go.
I just noticed the most recent post was 10 months ago. Hey ho.
